VRR not supported on Thinlerain DX238A1 monitor (DP + Freesync)
Brief summary of the problem:
VRR is not detected on this monitor despite the correct VRR range being displayed in debugfs (/sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/DP-1/vrr_range outputs Min: 48, Max: 144). VRR is detected in KDE Wayland if the monitor is plugged in through HDMI, however it does not work (the screen goes black).
