*ERROR* ring gfx timeout, signaled seq=122, emitted seq=123
Brief summary of the problem:
Trying to launch applications/games using my AMD R5 M330 card makes the app and the system freeze.

- CPU: Intel Core i3 6006U
- GPU: [AMD/ATI] Sun XT [Radeon HD 8670A/8670M/8690M / R5 M330 / M430 / Radeon 520 Mobile] [1002:6660]
- System Memory: 4+4 8GB
- Display(s): Built-in Laptop Display (1366x768) + Philips 170C (1280x720)
- Type of Display Connection: VGA

How to reproduce the issue:
Try launching an app using DRI_PRIME=1, it freezes instantly. For knetrunner ran with DRI_PRIME=1, the app freezes when it's set to full screen.
