AMDGPU Graphics freezing about every 10 seconds in 5.17 and later

Brief summary of the problem:

Graphics freeze every 10 seconds in every kernel version after 5.17. Sound isn't affected watching a video in mpv shows dropped frames in output. it doesn't happen while using radeon driver

Hardware description:

• CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz
• GPU: Radeon R7 240
• System Memory: 8GB DDR2
• Display(s): A 1920x1080 HDMI and a 1280x1024 VGA display.

System information:

• Distro name: Arch linux
• Kernel version: 5.17 and later

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Boot with a kernel later than 5.17 using amdgpu
2. Open a video using mpv
3. look at the dropped frames in info
