*ERROR* Waiting for fences timed out! while using the desktop

Brief summary of the problem:

Lately my GPU has been resetting just by being using the desktop or the web browser (No games or demanding 3D apps). The GPU is able to reset by itself and it recovers (Which is pretty amazing), but still, it's annoying as hell and has started happening recently. Not sure why.
