The image trembles strongly when moving the mouse (see attached video). It repeats always, at each session of work.

- Display(s): LG Ultra HD GSM5b08 (3840x2160) - 2 pieces and AOC 4k - the problem manifests itself when connecting any of them
- Type of Display Connection: dp (the problem occurs when connected via HDMI)
System information:
- Distro name and Version: Fedora 36
- Kernel version: Linux fedora 5.18.6-200.fc36.x86_64 #1 (closed) SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Jun 22 13:46:18 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
- Custom kernel: N/A
- AMD official driver version: N/A
How to reproduce the issue:
Often. For example, when moving the mouse and scrolling in Google Chrome - always. When working with the console - rarely. On Skype - also often. Often in other programs, and in general if the programs are not running - too. I try wayland and xorg - the problem is here and there. 3 monitors connected. But if you connect 2 or 1 - the problem is the same. I tried connecting via hdmi and via display port and different wires - the problem does not disappear. There is no problem when working in the Windows operating system.
Steps to Reproduce: 1.Load operating system. 2.Open google chrome. 3.Move the mouse cursor over it.
Actual results: Image shakes a lot.
Expected results: Trembling should be absent
Additional info: I did not install video drivers, I installed the system and that's it.
