Dell Inspiron 5515 - Can't power on after shutdown or suspend
Brand new Dell Inspiron 5515 received a couple of days ago, updated to the latest BIOS v1.9.0 and installed Fedora 35.
I noticed that if I shut the laptop down, then it would eventually not turn back on again and would require both the AC adaptor and battery disconnected (via removing the bottom plastic shell) before it could be turned back on. The laptop also gets in to this state when being in standby for a while.
Thinking it was a hardware issue, Dell has replaced the mainboard - but the same problem persists.
I am unable to replicate this behaviour if I start Windows 10 and run the same level of tests.
