R5 M430 dGPU hangs on high performance level
Brief summary of the problem:
My HP Laptop has an AMD R5 M430 (HAINAN) dGPU. When i try to run any application with DRI_PRIME=1, screen instantly freezes. It both happens on radeon and amdgpu driver.
But when i set power_dpm_force_performance_level to low, it runs fine on both amdgpu and radeon. (Or amdgpu.dpm=0/radeon.dpm=0 helps)
I think in 5.4 or newer kernels this problem seems to occur because im having this issue with Ubuntu 20.04 too but this does not happen with 4.19 LTS kernel
