The number of CU on GreenSardine/Cezanne is wrong
Brief summary of the problem:
Cezanne APU (or VBIOS for Cezanne) reports the wrong number of CU.
Ryzen 5 5600G shoud have 7CUs accorrding to the AMD official website.

However, AMDGPU driver detects 27CU. (SE 1, SH per SE 2, CU per SH 18)
This number is also used for OpenGL/Vulkan/OpenCL driver.
