[gfxhub] page fault resulting in longer login process
Brief summary of the problem:
- The booting process between Grub and the login manager (SDDM) stalls (but continues).
- The times when this problem shows up, there are the errors in the kernel log, such as
[gfxhub] page fault
and amdgpu_job_timedout
followed by an oops in dcn20_validate_bandwidth_fp
.

- iGPU: AMD Vega 7
- dGPU: AMD Navi 14 Radeon RX 5500M
- System Memory: 2x 8GB DDR4-3200
- Display(s): 1920x1080 @ 144Hz
- Type of Display Connection: eDP
- Laptop model: MSI Bravo 17 - A4DDR-035NL

How to reproduce the issue:
- Boot system
- Watch the graphical delay before and after the login screen
- Strangely enough, it doesn't always happen; it happens roughly half of the time.
