[amdgpu][egpu] Fatal error during GPU init

AMD card(RX 5700 XT) not working by EGPU if use cpu i7-8705G / I5-8305G (discrete RX Vega M GL)

laptop dell xps 2-in-1

Hardware description:

  • CPU: i7-8705G
  • GPU: RX 5700 TX
  • System Memory: 16gb
  • Display(s): 2
  • Type of Diplay Connection: DP by egpu + laptop screen
  • Razer core x Chroma

System infomration:

  • Ubuntu 20.04.1
  • Mesa: 20.0.8
  • Kernel version: 5.6.17(now), 5.7, 5.8.10
  • AMD package version: "No package"

How to reproduce the issue:

Plug an egpu by thunderbold3 to any notebook with cpu i7-8705G / I5-8305G
