For the past 2 weeks I have been having the following issue, seen on various Linux distributions:

It was reproduced on Ubuntu 18.04.04 LTS, Ubuntu 19.10, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Fedora 31 with the respective kernels - 5.3, 5.4, etc and linux-firmware packages. I have tried where applicable the "Radeon Software for Linux Driver" as well - with various "success" - ranging from no output at all, to delayed "lvmpipe (LLVM 9.0.1, 256 bits)" with no hardware acceleration.

The exact same hardware passes load and stress testing under Windows 10.
