5600 XT Not Properly Recognized by System

The new 5600 XT cards are not properly recognized by any program. Some programs call it Unknown AMD GPU, some radv refers to it as just generic NAVI10, vulkaninfo refers to it both as UNKNOWN AMD GPU and RADV/NAVI10 (as I have both radv and AMDVLK vulkan drivers installed). inxi and things like neofetch, and it seems the actual system itself, thinks it's a 5700 series (Reported as AMD 5700/5700 XT. This happens on both the original and "upgraded" vBIOS, and both versions, silent and performance.

System: Arch Linux Kernel: Multiple custom 5.5 kernels, as well as 5.4.14

The only thing missing is the marketing strings. See this libdrm merge request: mesa/drm!44 (merged) that will provide a proper string for mesa libraries like OpenGL or vulkan. Tools like lspci and inxi use the pci ids database (http://pci-ids.ucw.cz/) to get their strings. However the strings on that site are tied to the device ids. The marketing names for AMD parts vary based on the device id and the revision id as well as the subsystem ids in some cases. the pci ids database does not provide a way to provide a string based on a combination of ids.
