drm_hwcomposer: Composite cursor layer on the device

Alexandru Gheorghe requested to merge alex_g1/drm-hwcomposer:cursor_on_device into master

According to the documentation of HWC2_COMPOSITION_CURSOR, there is no problem in compositing the cursor layer on the device rather than in the client buffer.
