zb: Smarter & more flexible handling of proxy's destination for signal matching

Zeeshan Ali Khan requested to merge zeenix/zbus:optional-proxy-destination into main

This MR allows users to create proxies for inexistent destinations. This makes sense anyway but many services rely on autostart and keep themselves deactivated when not being used.

Fixes #173 (closed).
