Draft: Add Connection::shutdown()

Marc-André Lureau requested to merge elmarco/zbus:shutdown into main 
Allow the client to explicitly shutdown the connection. Add a TODO note
about the intended exact behaviour, to be clarified.

We may want to hide the API under an experimental feature flag for now?
