Docs generate reproducible ids

Arnout Engelen requested to merge raboof/dbus:docs-generate-reproducible-ids into master

With this parameter, docbook will generate the same id's when generating the same docs. This is helpful to get bit-by-bit 'reproducible' output, which makes auditing the package easier.

I made the change for both automake and cmake, but only tested it with automake, as I don't have cmake correctly configured here right now.
