Made session service dirs customizable for autotools and cmake

Ralf Habacker requested to merge rhabacker/dbus:57-dbus-session-serice-dirs into master

The session.conf.in template now contains a variable with the name DBUS_SESSION_SERVICE_DIRS, with which the paths for session services can be adjusted.
