Draft: add support for building gateway with ansible

TODO:

  • move chroot network config to ansible
  • package ci_entrypoint in AUR?
  • move infra.service and ci_entrypoint config to ansible
  • test!

This uses the ansible config in valve-infra to build the gateway, and removes a lot of 'manual' steps from the installer here so that the installer is just concerned with provisioning disk/fs, and bootstrapping ansible.
