data: Add some Cangjie 3 codes

Mathieu Bridon requested to merge bochecha/add-missing-codes into main

These codes exist on Windows, which we take as the reference Cangjie 3 implementation.

Adding these codes to our data helps us be more compatible.

They are sometimes added first, sometimes not. This is to maximize compatibility with Windows once we go ahead with #104 (closed).
