Move to GSound

Mathieu Bridon requested to merge gsound into master

Libcanberra and its Python bindings were not well packaged on all OSes, in particular they weren't packaged at all on Ubuntu.

Fortunately, Gnome now has GSound instead, a GLib based API, which means GObject Introspection, to do the same, in a simpler way.

And GSound is packaged on Ubuntu. 🥳️
