Without this pull request, we get errors if we try to browse the /downloads/ (sub-)folders.

For example: http://cangjians.github.io/downloads/libcangjie/

Once this is merged, the above link (and the rest of the /downloads/ section) should be browseable.

The downside is that it adds one more step to the release procedure, but it's pretty trivial.
