Add more pixel format reshapers

X13s is now delivering ABGR8888 by default with the latest patches.

This gets it streaming, but I suspect we could do better to negotiate the formats on the camera against the formats supported directly in QT.

Edit: Updated to also include NV21 which is being used by the C308 board I have.
