build: Support Visual Studio 2022

Hi,

This makes the Visual Studio 2022 builds done in its own build directory for NMake builds, and creates the DLL/.lib with the Visual Studio toolset version (143) in their filenames for all Visual Studio builds, so that we don't confuse these builds with the ones done with Visual Studio 2019.
