Syncronize bootacl when upadting the policy of devices
Updating of the device policy was introduce via !202 (merged) but changes of the policy were not reflected in the bootacl, leading to potential inconsistencies.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
