rwin is missing from many laptops (e.g., Acer, HP, Lenovo), the SFS 5966 standard doesn't specify what the Compose key should actually be, and there are no known reasons why rwin was selected in the first place. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85287

Bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98692 resp. 10cf5acd removed "AltGr" from the description of the "us altgr-intl" layout, making it confusingly similar to the description of "us intl". This commit adds "AltGr" back on all layout descriptions where it had previously been present.
