Fork AOSP kernel manifest to have a build dedicated to venus

In particular a few patches to the android guest kernel are needed in order to enable venus support in cuttlefish.

The patches are collected in the android14-6.1+virglrenderer-issues-563 branch of https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/ao2/aosp-kernel-common
