Generally improves the appearance of modals in the mobile view - specifically, they're fullscreen, and I cut off generated text that can get quite long (like upload filenames and account names).

Basic file upload modal; the modal content element is still centered vertically but does not have a box shadow

Change settings modal showing off the account list, of which account names are cropped to make room for the avatar and service name

Would assign both @eq and @alyssa for review! :P (You should definitely test these locally to see if they feel right.)
