Use paperclip emoji for upload button (temporary)

The placeholder text is illegible (wraps funny) and kind of compromises the visual "niceness" of the screen since... random text :P Seems like the kind of thing Pidgin would do

Until we get a standard icon for a paperclip, this uses the native emoji as a much more reasonable placeholder.
