UI for end-to-end encryption

Implements a basic UI for end-to-end encryption, adding a padlock to the status bar. Based on the close/open status and the colour, the user knows at a glance if the conversation is private. For a plaintext conversation, clicking initiates encryption. For an encrypted, clicking reveals fingerprints and verification.
