This MR a modal for accessing a list of your libpurple accounts, allowing you to upload a new avatar for any of them.

It shows up when you click the cog-wheel button at the bottom right of the buddy list (which was previously used to change the avatar of the zero'th account).

I'm not sure if we want to, but later on we might add more settings to this modal, unrelated to specific accounts (e.g. connected notification emails, whether to automatically convert text to emojis, etc).

@eq Are you able to make an icon for the change-avatar button? Right now it's just the text placeholder "U". I think we discussed whether a pencil or a "file upload" icon would be better...although I can't remember exactly what we decided on. 😛
