Replaced printk_ratelimit() with its DRM equivalent to avoid flooding of
dmesg logs & hence fixes the following:

WARNING: Prefer printk_ratelimited or pr_<level>_ratelimited to printk_ratelimit
+               if (printk_ratelimit())
