Move adev->vcn.fw[i] from amdgpu_vcn to amdgpu_vcn_inst.
Move adev->vcn.vcn_config[i] from amdgpu_vcn to amdgpu_vcn_inst.
Move adev->vcn.vcn_codec_disable_mask[i] from amdgpu_vcn to amdgpu_vcn_inst.
