The source project of this merge request has been removed.
build-from-source: introduce INSTALL_DEPENDENCIES env variable
Environments like Copr cannot install the dependencies during the script execution. In order to solve this, this patch introduces "INSTALL_DEPENDENCIES" environment variable.
