Closed Thomas Haller requested to merge th/device-ip-tunnel-mac into master

some cleanup of platform's link-add functions.

Also, set the MAC address of the IP gre tunnel already when creating the interface. This is only partially done because:

  • it's not done for all IP tunnels that would support this.

  • see the FIXME comment how later stage1 tries to set the MAC address again.
