reimport latest systemd code to master.
This is a larger change, as systemd added support for pidfd (which we of course don't need, but still need to account for).
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
