process s390 specific device info from rd.znet parameter in nm-initrd-generator
WIP: quick and dirty fix for the issue bellow. Would be great if someone experienced with NM code would clean that up. Known issues: doesn't handle "ctc" nettype with only 2 subchannels
The s390 specific options used to create the network interface in the kernel are currently not processed by nm-initrd-generator causing incomplete ifcfg file.
