build: include meson-dist-data script in dist generated by autotools

Summary

Includes the meson-dist-data script in the tarballs generated by Autotools

Purpose

The script had not been previously included in the distribution tarball due to an oversight, and it is needed to be able to build NM with Meson from the tarball.
