Summary

Add more detailed explanations for users, contributors and maintainers

New script to anonymize logs

Purpose

Added more detailed info about (see 84b4921d for details):

  • for users: how to install, use and report issues. How to generate and attach logs.
  • for contributors: how to start contributing.
  • for maintainers: how to triage and label issues

Added new tool to anonymize some basic stuff in NM logs (not to be trusted 100%, see 18546018 for details).
