spec: Add missing epoch to some obsoleted versions

Summary

Specify the full version strings including the "epoch"

Purpose

An rpm linter has complained with:

Missing epoch prefix on the version-release in 'Obsoletes: NetworkManager < 1.0.0' for NetworkManager-team
