Retry DHCP until success when ran in in the initramfs
In Bug 1877740, we are encountering an issue where NetworkManager times out waiting for DHCP when run in the initramfs. In this specific context, we (Red Hat CoreOS & Fedora CoreOS) need NetworkManager to wait forever for a DHCP response and retry at regular intervals until an answer is received. Is this something that's currently configurable? What are you thoughts about this issue here?
