Allow getting/setting user settings on a connection from nmcli
It would be nice if we could get and set user settings (
nmcli. I don’t think it’s possible at the moment (or, if it is, it doesn’t seem to be documented or discoverable anywhere).
Context: When debugging software which uses NetworkManager (in this case, Mogwai), I need to be able to set user settings on a connection to trigger bits of code in Mogwai. Currently I have to do that by editing the configuration files in
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections manually and restarting NetworkManager, which is tedious.
