No internet connection after resuing from sleep (suspend)
NM version: networkmanager 1.42.4-2 (Arch Extra repo)
Kernel: 6.1.21-1-lts
Kernel driver/module: e1000e
Desktop: Cinnamon 5.6.8
LAN Card: Intel Gigabit
Problem: I put the computer to sleep and if I wake it up later (it doesn't mater how much later - 1 minute or a few hours), there's no internet connection. I have to either wait a minute or two for the internet connection to wake up or reboot the computer, if I'm in a hurry. I did quite an extensive search on Google and there were many people with this problem but their solutions didn't work for me. One had a kernel module r8169 blacklisted in /etc/modprobe.d/ and unblacklisting it solved his problem but I don't have such a file in this directory, so that solution doesn't work for me. Using a command from that topic I found that my kernel network driver/module is e1000e, so I wrote it in this report in case you need it this information. The motherboard's manual PDF states the lan card is Intel Gigabit but it doesn't specify the model, if there's even one. If you need that information and you think you can find the specific LAN card model, the motherboard is AsRock B85M Pro4.
If you need whatever other information, do ask, I'll give you every bit of information I can, so that you can fix this annoying problem.
P.S. I never had this problem when I used to use Mint 18.3 with 4.13.0-45 kernel.
