Collect failed services' logs and reset failed before and after scenario
Collect failed services' logs and reset failed before and after scenario. This way, we know that any failed services in After Scenario must have failed during scenario run and their statuses and logs can give us insight why.

Examples with failed1.service and failed2.service already failed at the start and for the FAIL report, failed3.service failed during the scenario run.
