finalize.sh: Add a grain configuration

This is for a conformance system (which is what we primarily install). It would need to be changed to performance for a perf system.

I've already migrated the running systems to grains (it was trivial and painless actually). So this is the necessary bits to get the installer to configure a conformance system for us.
