mesa jenkins updates due to mesa=62af34a49b13f55f8b065ee31b8d6a8ba725012f

The attributed commit was not the specific cause in the regression. Bisection failed because the series leading up to the pushed commit did not build.

Rather than rebase to make the series buildable, I'm just attributing the head that was pushed
