The source project of this merge request has been removed.
build_spec: add glcts to list of branches to monitor
This fixes the issue where poll_branches doesn't fetch the latest glcts for triggering jobs that require a specific version (e.g. new stable branch builds) and includes glcts in the list of projects that trigger mesa_master builds to occur.
