The source project of this merge request has been removed.
deqp: rename bdw_iris and tgl blacklists to conform with others
This is a quick fix to a bigger problem (where .conf and .txt extensions are confused and build_support testers are confused), by using .txt for these two blacklists so the blacklist method picks them up.
