results: display revisions on build results page

clayton craft requested to merge craftyguy/mesa_ci_results:add_revisions_section into master

This adds a new section 'revisions' that lists git revisions that were used in the build. It also highlights any git revisions that have changed since the last build to make it easier to differentiate changes between consecutive builds
