Updated README.md file. For easier reading, added text formatting. Clarified the steps to install "spice-vdagent" package. Added a both important & required steps about login out of GNOME. Then login back in. Otherwise, the steps would fail for must end-users. Many users reported this challenge. Thanks to S1J0 for this finding :)
