lima: disable GLX/EGL_EXT_buffer_age extension 



Mali Utgard GPU is tile buffer GPU, so has to reload
render target if GLX/EGL_EXT_buffer_age extension is
enabled which is much expensive than redraw.

EGL_KHR_partial_update is more suitable for Mali
Utgard GPU.
